The Frontier Regional & Union #38 School Districts are seeking a Director of Facilities. Under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools, this position works with principals in each school to supervises the custodial and maintenance staff and ensures that all School buildings are maintained in a safe, secure, clean, comfortable and functional manner for all staff, students and visitors. This position requires availability for after hours emergencies and meetings. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Minimum requirements include an equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience working and supervising staff is required.
